sexy and revealing photos of Nancy Benoit published on Hustler Magazine in 2008. The Benoit family and Hustler Magazine have been making war in courts for the publishing of the pictures. Today, Supreme Court has ruled that Hustler Magazine can be sued for publishing those pictures. The decision contradicts overruling the lower court’s decision.
The photographs published by neither relate to the incident of public concern conceptually nor correspond with the time period during which Benoit was rendered.The Benoit family filed lawsuit against Hustler Magazine for publishing the photos taken twenty years ago when she was young.
The photographer of those photos was asked that all those photos should be destroyed. But for any reason it was not done and the photos are now available on the internet. They were published by Hustler’s publisher Larry Flynt but till now he has got away with publishing of the naked photos.
